Promise & Pine specializes in custom, personalized items made from materials such as wood, acrylic, leather, glass, and other quality materials. Each product is uniquely crafted based on the information you provide.
 

Please review all personalization details carefully before submitting your order. Promise & Pine is not responsible for errors in personalization due to incorrect information provided by the buyer.

Once customization begins, all sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded after production has started.

Processing times vary by product and will be communicated during checkout.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage for resolution.

All original designs created by Promise & Pine remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced, copied, or resold without permission.

If you submit logos, images, text, or other content for customization, you represent and warrant that you have the rights to use such content. You agree to indemnify and hold Promise & Pine harmless from any claims related to intellectual property infringement.

Promise & Pine is not liable for:

Errors in personalization due to incorrect details provided by the buyer.
Minor variations in color, texture, or finish due to the natural properties of materials used.
Delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control.

We ship to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details. Promise & Pine is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses or carrier issues.
