Custom and Personalized Orders: Once production begins, all sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded after customization has started.

Defective or Damaged Items

We take care to ensure every product meets our quality standards. If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Include your order number and photos/videos showing the damage or defect.

 

We will review your claim and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.

Incorrect Personalization Details

Promise & Pine is not responsible for errors in personalization (such as misspellings, incorrect dates, or other details) that were provided incorrectly by the buyer during checkout.


Please double-check all personalization information before submitting your order.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses provided by the buyer, or events beyond our control.


If your package is lost or delayed, we will assist you in tracking the shipment, but refunds will not be issued for these circumstances.
